Crestwood Ventures was born out of necessity for an investment vehicle for the professional outside of the real estate industry.

As a company founded by California residents, the driving force of Crestwood’s investment strategy was a simple truth: “You don’t need to invest where you live.”

Each real estate market carries its unique set of attributes - i.e. some markets are high appreciation, with low cashflow, while others the direct opposite. Some are a mix of the two. And while each city and state has its distinct characteristics, some markets are simply more lucrative than others.

Knowing exactly where and how to invest are the big factors that often bar the novice investor from breaking into a lucrative space such as real estate, but our aim is to bridge that gap.
